Isabella County Tenants Beware! Sheriff's Department Can & Will Evict You Without Due Process!
Here is a scanned copy of Steinert's "Official Police Report".
As I stated on my citizen complaint on September 27th, 2010, Steinert had refused to take a police report because he had more important things to do but after arresting me later that same night, he could no longer avoid doing a police report.
Here is a different Police Report for a similar situation that was taken by a Michigan State Police Trooper.

Steinert's police report was built around the fact that he wasn't going to do one at all for the first two times he was at our property. Keep in mind that the only reason that we have any police report at all was because he arrested me.
20:08:26 - (8:08PM) Steinert requested tapes of all the 911 calls via the radio as we were pulling out of the driveway at 829 E Walton.
20:53:?? - (8:53PM) Booked - Isabella County Jail.
45 minutes in the back of the patrol car to go from 829 E Walton, Mt. Pleasant to the Mt. Pleasant Jail?
How many different types of "Police Reports" are there?
Steinert claimed all day that getting locked out of your house was a civil matter when it is actually a crime in the state of Michigan but
even if it were civil - Why not take a report for the victim of a lockout? The answer is simple! Deputy Steinert was an active participant in crimes
against my family, as an armed agent of and for the landlords[?]. Asking for a police report was the very same as asking Deputy Steinert to incriminate
himself as an accomplice[?].
All day long the landlords are hauling our property out of our home WHILE Steinert is there enforcing the illegal lockout, making us run all over hell and back to find proof for him and Tellis (While our home is being LOOTED) that we were never evicted in the first place and the state of Michigan, Isabella County is the Victim because we called them for help!!!
Isabella County Sheriff's Department! Show some NADS and email me ALL THE 911 AUDIO and I will put up a page just for that!!! Include Steinert's Recordings too! No BIAS, no DISCRIMINATION. I will put up whatever material you provide! Send the patrol car AV that you mention in this police report and I will put that up as well!

Rational folks reading this will most likely not get past the second sentence before they realize what a complete [BLEEP] [BLEEP] Steinert is. My family is illegally locked out of our home, myself, my wife and OUR two minor children and Steinert says this this issue doesn't even concern me! What in the hell criteria were you using to presume to know what my [BLEEP] concerns were you [BLEEP][BLEEP]! You are not even [BLEEP] enough to be a cop Steinert so don't [BLEEP] presume to know what my [BLEEP] concerns are!
So I was arrested... I went to my arraignment and was the only one to show up. My family had been decimated yet I found the means to make it into court for my arraignment only to discover that it had been canceled but no one saw fit to notify me. I had the clerk stamp my paperwork to prove that I was there...
Since no police report existed that specifically addressed the fact that my family had been forced out of our home illegally, we were counting on the police report for my arrest to have information on it pertaining to all of the other events of the day. Now that I had been arrested I was no longer the victim so I was denied a police report even after filing the "Freedom of Information Act" paperwork. For four and a half long months, Isabella County Prosecutors actively investigated this heinous crime against the state all the while denying us a police report. While the 9-1-1 call logs show that I called only twice deputy Steinert claims that I called 9-1-1 eight (8) times and the main number a few more times but then neglects to provide any proof of this in his official police report?
Lazy? Incompetent? or both?
The first call log isn't me. It's my wife. Can I be arrested for my wife calling 911?
The second record provided in Steinert's report has my name on it but in the "Notes Section" it says
"Notes: caller was landlord out of his res / landlord sts ted is stalking her [9/27/10 17:02:09 HADLEY]"
So I called 911 and the record of my call only has notes from the landlord on it? Please explain? Did I call 911 to report that I was stalking
my landlord that was in my house illegally as authorized by Steinert? I am pretty sure I did make this call but where are my notes? I made this
call because Tellis told me to. I made this call from the street in front of my house because I couldn't pull into my driveway because Steinert
had already kicked us out of our house and had threatened our arrest. The landlords were there moving (stealing) my family's stuff out of our
house when I called. The landlord was on the phone with 911 the same time as me and the only notes on the log were hers? Tellis told me to get
proof that we were not evicted and go back to the house and call dispatch (911) to get Steinert back out there. At this poit we had already faxed
Tellis the PROOF but he told us we had to deal with Steinert.
The third log shows me calling to report a burglary. PRIORITY 2!
This call log shows that the call was dispatched and 1st to arrive got there in 35 minutes and were on the scene for
000:00:01 seconds and the address on this call log was not our address. No one at all came to the scene
after this call. Ironically this log shows Steinert at the scene at 19:08:09 which he wasn't but he did show up one hour later [20:08:26]
and arrested me for attempting to report a burglary.
This police report was so complleing that the Prosecutor took 4.5 months to investigate it before they turned it over to the Michigan AG's Office
for reassignment to another county?!?! The Michigan AG's Office turned this over to Gratiot County PA and they dismissed it the smae day!
BUT I'M STILL THE CRIMINAL AND ISABELLA COUNTY IS STILL THE VICTIM!
